ここにきて、答練に関する質問が増えました。

インプットはやま予備でいくにしても、アウトプットは別やからね。皆さんが公開講座をみてインプットを選んでくださったように、じゃあ、この講師のやるアウトプットは合格するために有効なのか？ということをしっかり考えるのは当たり前。

一般的には、講師が同じなほうが効率がええ・・・とは言いますが、それをぼくが言っても説得力がないので...。

みんなぁ～「社労士登録有資格者」となれた最初の仕事やで、頼むでぇ～～～！！！

とはいえ、うちはガイダンスとかやらないし、22年向けは解説時間も長くバージョンアップさせますから、少し紹介しときます。

うちの答練の場合、まず、「1科目」とは1日分、つまり前半(問題15分＋解説90分)、後半(問題15分＋解説90分)となります。解説をそれぞれ15分長くしました！

そして、【基礎答練】は、「択一式」で前半5問、後半5問の計10問で考えてます。

次に、【応用答練】。平成21年向けのものは、選択式を前半2問、後半2問、択一式も前半2問、後半2問でやったんやけど、平成22年向けは、バージョンアップ！ 選択式を3問ずつの計6問、択一式は4問ずつの計8問にします・・・。

したがって、【応用答練】は、（選択3問＋択一4問）×前半・後半というパターン。

問題数が少ないようにお感じの方がおられるかもねぇ...。でもね、これは大手予備校で14年間やってきた経験からなんです！

これ以上に問題数を増やすと解説できなくなるんです。

問題数を増やすのは簡単。でも、結局、時間不足で「後は読んどいて...」とか「ここはとばします...」になってしまうから。やりっぱなしでは意味がない・・・。「選択式」はほとんど解説しないのが普通？...、ホンマに意味がないよ。

そんなことなら、あえて答練商品なんて買わなくても自宅で過去問解いてても同じことよ！

これでは、大手と同じ・・・でしょ？。（はははっ、ヤバっ）

ここは、解説重視！のやま予備スタンスを崩したくない！と思てます！

答練の目的は、問題に慣れるだけではなく、問題を通して「理解を深める」ことと「関連事項を整理すること」にある。

「こう、ひっかけてくる」とか「別のこの制度と混同するな」とか、「もし、こう書いてあったら？」とその場で考えてもらうこともある。

解説文には書ききれない"プラスα"を話して聴かせて値打ちが出るものと思てます。

インプットで得た知識を、問題を解く力に変換する訓練、それが「答練」の役割です！

受講生数が変わっても、このスタンスは変えません！
